This journal entry is mostly to show everyone what the journal entry section looks like. It will be the easiest to keep track of if you title your entries Day1, Day2, Day3, etc. The content of your entry can be whatever you want. Even if you just write, ‘made it for another day’, that is cool. However, you do need to make a post every day. If you can’t make it for a day, that is fine but try and explain why you missed a day in your journal entries.

I am thinking about giving suggested topics for people who want to write something but can’t think of anything, but mostly you can just treat this as a journal. Write whatever you want. Write what happened in the day, why you love or hate the fast, and life altering insights. I found that reading my journal in the months after the fast was really helpful. It made me realize how much better of a person I could be, or at least gave me the perspective to laugh at myself.

Feel free to post some pre january 5th posts so you can get to know the system. Maybe do an introductory post to yourself. My dream for this project is for us all to get to know each other and support each other and learn from each other.
