The weird thing is that I m not that much of a sugar fanatic normally. Now, though I am eyeing up every candy I see. I also have a hard time with the smell of coffee.
I actually had a bit of a headache yesterday and then again today which I think was the caffeine withdrawal. I usually only drink a cup or two per day, so I can’t imagine how this would feel for a real coffee drinker.
I have been eating a ton of food at my meal times, so I know my blood sugar level can’t actually be low so it must be withdrawal symptoms from mostly sugar and coffee.
I also noticed this morning that my patience was super low (probably in coordination with being tired). The last time I did the challenge the same thing happened, but there were dogs barking outside my window the whole night and I nearly lost my mind.
At first I was worried becasue I am normally a really chill person and I enjoy being that way. I was worried that I was just chilled because before the first challenge, I was a pretty heavy smoker.
Pretty much I am just excited to get to bed today. Luckily I made my list of three super easy today becasue I saw this coming.
I am really looking forward to Sunday. Just having a restful reading, do nothing day, and wearing off the rest of these side effects and then hopefully beginning to really work on developing some good replacement habits start Monday. But, first Saturday…
